of one of these small poems,

my only contribution to a
society I don’t care for.

What do I have to say about you?

Nothing,

and everything
all at once.

This is a nothing poem.
An everything poem.

A “read between the lines 
or else it’s too painful” poem.

You are not the space between my lungs,
rather,

You are the building block
to something greater.
